What’s Included in a Standard Visit

We perform routine, scheduled inspections tailored to your home and preferences. Each visit includes a detailed checklist:

Exterior Inspection:

• Check doors, windows & locks for signs of forced entry
• Inspect roof (visually) for missing shingles or damage
• Check gutters, downspouts, and visible drainage
• Look for storm damage, flooding, or downed limbs
• Visual inspection of foundation and siding

Interior Inspection:

• Check heat settings and verify operation
• Test water systems for leaks, freezing or burst pipes
• Confirm security system is functioning
• Inspect ceilings, walls & floors for signs of water intrusion
• Ensure sump pump is operational (if applicable)
• Run faucets and flush toilets to keep seals fresh
•  Crawl Space inspection for entryway
